I needed a quick fix to what might have been challenging situation. One of the belts in my truck broke and wasn't sure if it was the AC or not. I have had bad experiences in town with service on my truck and only trust 2 locations, but both were full up and unable to help me for 1-2 weeks. One of my co-workers recommended Certified Transmission and let me know you work on more than transmissions. I called and Ryan was very professional and got me in right away. It was recommended all the belts be changed, which was a cost I wasn't prepared for, but I know if the other belts went, that would be a problem! So, I agreed and I had my truck back before the end of my work day. Thank you! I now have 3 trusted places I can take my vehicle.

They do a great job every time I bring my vehicles into them. They are polite and show they want to take care of you and your vehicle, or vehicles like my family's.

They were very knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient and kind. They walked me through all that was needed to get my older high mileage heavy duty truck in order. And gave solid honest advice as to if the repairs should be made or if it was time for a different truck. The work they performed was difficult and tiring and of the sort that I believe few shops could have handled and done such a good job. They are now my go to mechanics. No doubt.
