I've had my car in to this shop twice. Ryan worked on my car both times. He did a good job of tracking down the problem, and saved me money by not fixing the wrong thing, which two other garages incorrectly diagnosed and which would have cost a lot more. My impression of Ryan is that he is honest, diligent and smart.

Excellent work. I brought in a 26 year old Italian “collector vehicle” and Certified had genuine interest in the car and in fixing the issue I had encountered. They kept me informed throughout the process - no surprises. Beautiful work!

Ryan and the guys at Certified Transmission always do excellent work. I am always told what needs to be done and what can wait; what noises and issues to be concerned about and what to leave alone. And they have done everything they can to accommodate my schedule. I am deeply grateful for the trustworthy service at Certified Transmission.

I came in with some clanking linkages. Corey told me it was under warranty and fixed it no charge. He also noticed a cracked belt which he fixed for me. Service was done on time for a reasonable price.

It is always hard to find a mechanic you know you can trust. Certified Transmission has gained me as a future customer. Very professional and friendly. They gave me timely service, great customer care and appreciation. I have already recommended them twice since last week.

Brought my wifes equinox in that was dying when lightly pressing on the gas. The car was diagnosed with a bad intake solenoid/timing chain by another shop, expensive repair. Ryan got our car in on short notice and through some top notch diagnostics found it was in fact a clogged up internal part causing the issues. He took care of it and did a great job explaining everything that he found. Highly recommend this honest shop!
