It is always hard to find a mechanic you know you can trust. Certified Transmission has gained me as a future customer. Very professional and friendly. They gave me timely service, great customer care and appreciation. I have already recommended them twice since last week.

Brought my wifes equinox in that was dying when lightly pressing on the gas. The car was diagnosed with a bad intake solenoid/timing chain by another shop, expensive repair. Ryan got our car in on short notice and through some top notch diagnostics found it was in fact a clogged up internal part causing the issues. He took care of it and did a great job explaining everything that he found. Highly recommend this honest shop!

If there was a 5+++ I would rate the visit that high. First time customer, discount applied even though didn't qualify. Great advise to wait at the yummy bread store next door. Ryan gave me TONS of advise on continued maintenance and tires, too. Won't hesitate to return. (And a darling shop pup - Yea!)
