Work was done timely, was true to the estimate given, and all questions were answered thoroughly. Location is great and the people are friendly and helpful. I always check around when I need to get work done and the courtesy and extra information I was given when I called were in large part why I chose Certified Transmission.

Andy is great to work with. He assessed my transmission problem right away and gave me a couple of options to get it repaired. I was also at a crossroad of whether to donate my truck to charity and buy a new one or keep what I've got. Andy and his team had already checked out the overall condition of my 2001 Ford F-150. He asked me some good questions which helped me decide what to do. They installed a new transmission at a cost less than I expected and it was done sooner than I expected. I'm very happy with Certified Transmission.

Very informative and helpful. Took the time to explain things and were easy to work with and schedule the repair.

Took in my high mileage car for Ryan to check out and he found several items needing repair/replacement. Knowing he fixed things properly gave me reassurance my car would be safe to drive for a long time to come. As always Andy and Ryan take excellent care of our cars. 2 years and three mechanic shops worked to fix my truck to no oveil. By a friends recommendation I took it to Certified. They gave me immediate confidence they knew what the problem was and they fixed it. The truck runs like new!

I'm very satisfied with Certified Transmission and Ryan who is always very helpful and cordial. He let's me know what's recommended and when, and whether or not my vehicle is in need of that service. He always contacts me prior to doing any unrequested service which was found at the time of servicing my vehicle.
