Service made easy! Recently I stopped in to have my brakes looked at as I knew they were in need of service. It was right before closing, but they got me into a complementary loaner for the day and I was in my way. Picked it up next day when they said it would be ready with the price that was quoted. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.
