My transmission went out on Friday 21st of Oct. 2016. They got to work on it on Monday the 24th. then I was to expect my truck on about the 28th. But there was a problem so the factory had fix the transmission and ship it. My truck was ready for me on Nov 1st. Then on the 15th of Nov I had a fifteen day check-up and every thing is fine.

I really appreciated the explanation of what issues were presenting with my car. staff also gave me a ride home while my car was being repaired.

I went in for an oil change and was satisfied with the service. They also did a check of my car and found I also was in need of an air filter and in a timely manner!
