Thank you for the honest service. Bringing my 1998 Oldsmobile in for Transmission service was difficult for me. I have to refer to the experts for transmission service but all other work is done by me. I struggle to trust given the variety of horror stories one can find regarding servicers of anything and everything. And since I still enjoy the work, I continue to keep my old machines running. I was interested in a transmission flush - spoke to Kevin and Corinne the first time I came to the shop and Ryan and Corinne when I picked up the car. Ryan explained that they chose not to do the work I requested as it would have been a waste of my money - thank you so much for the honest dialogue and the responsible decision making regarding the work I had requested.
