Came in with a suspected transmission problem. Got a thorough explanation of the potential problem with diagrams and transmission model along with an initial estimate to take home and ponder. No work was performed but customer service was excellent. Well above usual repair shop expectations.

We had our car towed here from Woodbury. Our car was a BEAR to diagnose, but Certified Transmission told me we could rest assured they'd dig until they found the problem. Sure enough 2 days later(and still at the fixed diagnosis rate) they found the answer. We couldn't be more pleased with this shop. You've earned our trust Certified Transmission! We plan on having all our fixes done here from now on ;D

Great customer service, thorough vehicle inspection, able to identify the issues needing repair quickly and fix the car to top notch condition. I felt the communication was excellent, about diagnostics and progress of repairs. I would return again.
