After my regular mechanic shop closed, I was disappointed by the other chain oil change places in town. They quoted ridiculous prices and were short and rude. The staff at Certified Transmission was incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. The price was good. But most importantly, they just changed my oil and gave solid advice on the car without pressure to have more repairs done on the spot. I definitely will return on my own time for that reason. Thank you!

I came into the shop for something small, an oil change, but would go back with larger issues as well. For $10 less than another place in town I received professional service from knowledgeable mechanics. No more children trying to up-sell me, I will be bringing my car to Andy at Certified Transmission.

Asked to get my car in right away on short notice, and Andy was able to get my car in right away. After a quick look they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in less than an hour.

I was referred to Certified after another service center made a huge mistake trying to flush out the ATF, notably ruining the O-ring and causing a huge ATF leak. I was very impressed with Certified's profesionalism and care, and will definitely come back for other service to my autos! great job!!

What started as a discount card purchased at the door is what brought me to this business in the first place. It didn't take long to realize that Certified Transmission is a company I can trust to give me excellent work, and from what I can tell checking around,fair prices. Andy is friendly,and honest,as are the mechanics,who have been (for me ) willing to explain and answer my questions and concerns. When they tell you when your car will be ready it will be. Honestly, I can't think of a negative thing to say.
