1st time taking a car to this shop. While the staff were polite and friendly, I didn't feel as welcomed as I do at my regular shop a few block away. The repairs were done well and communication was good, but not better than I'm used to.

I was in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation and the service was once again excellent. My appointment started on time, and finished in the timeframe they estimated. The waiting area was clean and provided wireless internet which made it possible for me to work while I waited. I was also presented with needed and suggested repairs in a comfortable no-pressure fashion but felt I had been given fair and honest information. I started coming to Certified Transmission as a result of the coupon card they were selling. It has been an excellent decision and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had called in late on Sept. 23rd, and you guys were able to get my car in on that Monday. Even though i was told your day was full, you guys still got my car in, repaired all the brakes and did an oil change and i didn't have to wait for it. Awesome job as always! You guys have my business for sure.

So far so good. Brought all the items up to the seller and they'll cover them all when needed. Half the items were replaced and half I'll have to monitor. Felt good to have CT look over the car. Next project is the Jeep Liberty. Looking forward to having the valves examined and replacing the ones that are problematic.
