After a bad experience at a different shop I had them look at my trucks transmission. The first shop after shelling out 160 bucks to do a diagnostic could only tell me it was broke and needed to be replaced and that was it, didn't even say what was wrong. I figured a second opinion or atleast an answer to what was actually wrong was still needed for me. For way less then what the first shop cost these guys had it figured out in only a couple hours versus all day with the other company. And dont think this was a back woods place, the other company supposedly was a very highly ranked place and specializes in transmissions for over 30 years. Now my answer to what was wrong wasent great because a main component inside is broken, but atleast i got the answer I needed. He even broke it down and showed me the diagrams to explain what part he believed to be broken. After all that he even helped me with trying to decide on a used transmission that I will be having installed by a different shop. Any questions I had he had the answer and told me if I have any more to just ask. Hands down I will say IF YOU HAVE ANY TRANSMISSION PROBLEM, just bring it to them. Don't go somewhere else because someone says they know a place. Pay the little bit, for me it was 130, and get the answer. I could have saved 160 if I would have just waited instead of listening to my neighbor. These guys will shoot you straight and your not going to get a better answer to what is wrong.
